Ok, first of all I sent my flywheel off on April 13th and still haven't heard anything from boonman. Anyone know him personally or can tell him I am waiting on a reply on what is going on? I sent my money and flywheel to him to lighten with a return address attached. If anyone can get a hold of him another way, can they tell him one of his customers is waiting. It has been 11 days since I sent it off and spoke with him. I don't know if he is busy or his computer exploded? Well, any help would be appreciated.

Also, if I get the flywheel back does anyone know any easy way to install it?

I think you're jumping the gun a bit...it's been slightly over a week since you mailed it TO him...only 6 business days...considering that the mail usually takes 2-3 days, then he has to shave it and send it back, and from what I remember the flywheel lightening is side work from his daily job, you have to consider all of this....

boonman lightened a flywheel for me, did a great job, very honest person. Just be patient!

Man I am really going to feel sorry for the builder that you send your cylinders to be ported. After a few days and asking if they are done yet when most builders are back loged at least a month. :yelrotflmao:

Danny is a great guy to do biz with.

He is (was last I talked to him) a machinist by trade. He did my flywheel and shift star a few years ago.

Unless he specifically promised you a certain day/date turn around time, relax...he'll get you taken care of.

yep, he's a good guy who does great work, he'll take care of you. i know how it is to wait for your stuff, but some things take time. where are you located? the last i knew he was in buffalo NY.

i sent him my shift star a few weeks ago and it took him a little while to recieve it and then took me a little while to recieve it back.. He did a good job and i have no complaints!

He's lightened 2 of mine. I think turn around time was less than a week, but he may be busier than when I sent my last flywheel out.
