whats up guys im looking to rebuild my bike and adding some more power. i want to add as much as i can with out boreing out "staying at 350". i was thinking pistons and cams! what do you guys think, any help please.

 

mods: drag port

cpi inframe

mill head to run 91/112

35 pwks carbs

k&N pods

v force 3 reeds

+6 timing

what kinda lift and duration are you thinking bout.

i heard that the rocker arms are bitch to adjust in the heads if you go to extreme... :blink::blink: :beer:

yea On mine I had to adjust the lash like 3 times. SOB. :rolleyes:

no for real, put a crane cams roller in there with some power bands and a boost bottle and you betterr put a weelie bar on it!! :happy:

I'd go with like some 18:1 high compression pistons. Especially if you got some extensive port and flow work done on the heads. Get some heavier valve springs also...

forged ceramic coated ross pistons with chrome moly rings to protect them from all the boost from the bottle. make sure the pistons have the right valve relief so the valves dont hit the pistons, esecially with a high lift cam. :evil:

I wouldnt change piston sizes unless you need to. It sounds to me like you need to send the jugs off to a reputable shop and let them handle it.

 

 

 

 

Also, two stroke engines do not have cams. We're laughing at you not with you.
