Yep that right 78 days...and I'm expecting another 14-28 days if not longer. IMO the wait time explains how good he is...

Or it could also be that he has no clue what he is doing.Which is probably not the case because he has so many returning customers

I'm sure that Jeffrey has a lot of work to be did. I am more

than satisfied with the work he did for me.

And to the origionator of this thread, going from completely

stock to a dune port with some good pipes, you should be

grinning from ear to ear with your new engine.

My question is how bad will my dune/play port from Jeff with pro circuits 33 Pwk's +4 timing & milled head beat a trinity stage IV motor? Or will it?

what trinity stage IV motor? they have so many. you can have more power but if you can't utilize it, it don't mean crap in a race. but, if your set up is tuned well and you can get the power to the ground you will be hauling ass with a big ole smile on your face. that's what counts, enjoy it.

holy shit lads what have i started. lol oh and to the guy that said something about the wait. fist off when jeff asked me when i needed my stuff back i said i was in no hurry. second of all when he told me how many motors and bike he had to build and how long it would be i could have just said No thanks i will send my stuff elsewhere. 3 from what i have read an heard the guy is a machine when it comes to building motors yes im sure there may be better but when you have to spend lets say 10 hours (estimate) on a set of cylinders witch is a day off work i dont think any builder that has as many bikes as jeff does could get them done with a 2 week turn around time unless there going at it wil a dremel clean up the edges. lol Quality Not Quantity. he can take as long as he want im in no hurry its -10 here and the ground is a sheet of Ice meathead

Let me know what it's like. I am doing the same thing, but Jeff asked me to send mine to him in April. Maybe i'll get it back in time to ride, maybe not. All i care is that it's done right. I'm with you it's worth the wait.

well let me see i run a sevice biz myself, so for example virgin records sends me the latest greatest recording star on there rosters, master tapes to edit, and i sit on them for 70 days, at that point im looking for a new client and can take the 5 million dollars in biz i do with them a year and flush it down the shitter......thats why when i started my biz in the early eighties and i started to grow i added more editing suites more recording rooms more film rooms, and with that came 40 employees its called fucking expantion......now if this jeff kid is Fucking rembrandt with a grinder, and is the only one on the planet capable of grinding your juggs out well then hell schedule, when he has the time to do your shit, but if my bike was in peices for 3 months id be kinda pissed, thats why you schedule shit?? every sit at the doctors office for 78 days waiting to see him?....and just because he has your shit for 3 months has nothing to do with "quality" he's goin to spend the least amount of time porting your juggs as possible, when jim at passion ported one of my bikes i blew his horn on the HQ and a month later he was buried in work as well as has been several builders on this site, any fucking port work done to your bike will be 100% better than it was so im sure you will be impressed, maybe send him your bible to autograph, but porting a 2 cycle engine aint fuckin rocket science

Same old argument. Can't somebody let this shit die. If the dude wants to wait for his cylinders why do you give a fuck, it ain't your bike. You're so fuckin rich this and fuckin rich that, who cares.

To Jeff and Jim both, I don't know how you guys sit here and see people bashing on you and stay out of it. It's good for your business that you can, but I would have a hard time not speaking up if it were me. for both of you.

yamaha04, I'm sure you will be happy with how your bike runs. Have fun with it when you get it up and going.

Blue Duece I like you man, Youve gave me killer information and your a cool dude. I see what you are saying sure but Im sure Jeff told him it was going to be a while. Now you adding 40 employes is great for your buisness Im sure but for porting engines I want to know the company I send MY motor to is being done by the guy who owns the company. Im sure many others feel this way too and thats why noone really has assembly line Trinity do their jugs cause you never know whos going to do your jugs. If I dident have my own mechanic who I feel very comfterble with I wouldnt have a problem going to Jim (Passions) Jeff (F.A.S.T.) Or Dave Moore (All really good at what they do) and waiting a few months before sending my jugs to someone I dont know well. Some things are worth the wait for many reasons.

Personally I think Blue Deuce makes a valid point, waiting sucks! And it isn't rocket science.

for starters rich my ass, my biz is 15% profit and start up is a mil 5, times 8 = about a 250k nut a month in leases(thats equipment ill never own), so if i dont keep my place full im Totaly fucked grinding cylnders is pure profit, start up is what under a grand and your moms garage?....im not bashing this guy, he runs a service business, call a plumber and have him show up 78 days later, send your computer in for repair and find out 2 1/2 months later the guy hasnt looked at your shit yet youd fucking FREEK............ so we are talking artestry, if you think the recording industry isnt "Artistic" your dumber than i thought, if someone calls to book one of my rooms and i tell him sure in 78 days i can get you in,.... i hear a click on the other end of the phone..........just so we all know Passion had my WHOLE motor 21 days and 13 of that was shipping...and yes you can over see employee's performing your craft, ive taught every engineer on my staff what i expect and need to see, when i was by myself and started to have to turn down gigs, i thought gee shit maybe i need more gear and more employee's....and yeah everyone is right no matter what he does to your bike its gonna be an improvement, and that generic port job takes at most 2 hours ive watched Rudy Kurtz do 8 of them before lunch and with a beer in one hand.........
