I would like to know who is runnin' these tires and how do you like them? How do they compare to Hauler's? I am lookin' at 21x12x8 9 or 10 paddle but want to know if the extra price is worth it for the tires.............

Thanks for the info...............

I ran them on my play bike in the dunes and loved them. I switched that bike to 21-12-8 10 paddle haulers and I think those brats hooked harder. They were a lot lighter also. Here is a pic of mine they were stagerd cut. Picture030.jpg

they are by far the VERY best tire I've EVER ran, V's or straights. I run a 21x10x8, 6 paddle and I friggin LOVE them. They turn actually really good, way better than my Hauler Extremes and slide better to. They ride much better and hook up like a frigging mother.

BTW, mine are comp cut, that's the only way I'd run them, super light like that, just watch out for rocks and such, like they have at LS.

I'm gettin' mine from Jeff at FAST. They are 21x12x8 9 straight paddles that are comp cut on light douglas rims and he swears by them. For pricing give him a call, and I know he can beat $450............... DAMN

What makes them that much better than 22-12-8 9pdl extremes? Are they designed to be a better all around tire or what? I've heard of people running them but i've never seen any here in Oregon. They sure are spendy though.

What would you gain from ditching the 22's is I guess my question....I sure do like my ultralights

I use uncut paddla brats and they work great! The 18 paddles hook up awesome! And I don't lose speed going up the hill because they're so lite, even uncut theyre probobbly lghter than skat-traks. Plus sand tires unlimited have been making paddles forever! They defently know what they're doing. And they make great products.

They are much lighter, stronger, cooler, can be cut MANY different ways, and goes all the way up to 18 paddles!

I would hope "the 18 paddels hook up" :yelrotflmao: ... I personaly wouldn't run the uncut brats.. Have three buddies (2 banshee 1 Raptor) that run them and honestly I haven't been a bit impressed.. Now on the comp cut, thats a different story.. What Jeff is telling you in 100% true.. I have personaly seen them tires in action and they flat out HOOK... However with the stumps and rock we encounter out here we have to factor in durability.. Thats the ONLY reason I run the extreams over THE COMP CUT brats..

Mine arent shaved! I raced my friend up comp hill that has the same mods (except for hauler tires)

and I was beating him most every time. Plus they are so light that you dont lose much power mid and top hill.

I bet you would pick up a couple bike lengths if you dropped from the 18's down to the 6 paddle comp cut... If not more..

To be honest I think the most paddles I have seen on bikes around here are like 12-14 paddles and those are 10mill alky bikes.. Iam telling you man, your bike would perforem much better with less paddels and hook up just about as hard..

Yeah, I'm getting them from Jeff and can't wait to try them out. They have to be better than my gecko's (man, did I say that out loud). Had to give the wifey the Hauler's, she liked the look of them.

Hey Rippen does Jeff still have your motor, and whats he doin' to it.............?

Cubbies or somethin' if I remember right.............

Yeah Jeffs got my motor again.. Iam just bumping up to the 4mill.. So it will be another dune port set up but with the 4mill.. Iam shooting for the "Ultimate climb/duner". The bike ran great all year, just would like to get a tad more out of it... In a year or two I will probably be looking twards building a drag bike and thats when Ill be callin for a kitty

What makes them hook so much better than skat extremes? I run 22-11-8 9pdl extreme ultra lights and they seem to hook good for the most part. Would you gain that much by going to 21-11-8 9 pdl padla brat?

On yfz central a while back guys were talking them up pretty good, there were definately no complaints about them.

If they were that good though wouldn't the drag guys be running them since there so light and hook so well? Not trying to bicker just saying the drag guys usually run the best thing they can get there hands on so if they were that phenomenal I figured they'd be running them.

One more thing, whats the deal with the staggered cut? I've never seen them except for some crappy gecko's or something. It must serve a purpose but what is it.

Thanks so far for the info so far
