Hey guys,

I am looking to buy a Banshee here in Belgium.

Now I found a nice one from june 2005, so it's quite new.

It has some nice options :

Renthal steering wheel

Nerf Bars

Nice rims

FMF pipes

The price is also high, about 8425 dollar :baseball_w00t:

Thats 6600 Euros, but the ones from 2005 are the last ones with homologation so you can drive on the streets with it.

So my question is, he claims the bike is from 2005 but it has some strange colors,

is it possible that the bike is actually a 2005?

Look

And what kind of FMF pipes are those? Any good?

Like what woodro77 said, check the title/vin number on it and it will tell you the year. And as said above as well, the plastics could of easily been changed.

The plastics were definitly swapped out for others, and those pipes look like FMF fatty's with power core 2 silencers.

I have rode a shee with fattys and they are good all around pipes and they sound alright too.

i dont know man those headers look like gnarlys. as far as the year model look at the vin# tenth digit or letter. once you figure out what it is call your dealer and tell them and they can tell you. a 1995's 10th digit would show the letter "S". post on here when you find out what it is and ill let you know what year

Yeah, those are Gnarlys. I have 'em on my shee. Not bad if your just an average rider, but soon to be replaced. Flat track time :headbang:

I think those are the same tires i am running.

If they are those are innova road racers.

Really hard compound, i abused those badly and they just wont wear out.

i do have a bit of unbalance in one of the tires.

on the year:

there should be a sticker right under the seat.

it should be a 4 char number like this: example: (5FKM)

I dont know the number for 2005 models. but i'm sure we can come up with something.

enjoy!
