Hey, just wondering from everyone that has cut their rear plastics, either right off or made a design, angled them differently, etc. Has had much difference from rocks, mud, water, dirt, anything coming up and getting more on you? If its not that much im going to cut them

Mine are cut off basically, the same way all the draggers' cut them. And I've never been hit with any rocks or anything like that, but you definately get more mud sprayed on you if you spin 'em in mud/water.. But I figure... that's why I'm wearin riding clothes!

 I suppose. And then again iv gone out mudding anyways and was covered no matter what i did, so a little more mud can't hurt  Im not going to cut them right off just curve them differently.

Try running with NO rear fenders. I do that on both my shees. Just need a little cushion between the seat and subframe. Then you save your fenders if it doesnt work out.

Looks SICK!

I went ahead and whacked my rear fenders when I put a wider axle under the ass end of the bike. The tires were set out far enough that the fenders weren't really covering much of anything, and I like the look of the cut rear fenders, so I figured what the hell. I don't get it in mud very often, so I don't know about that. Anytime I've had it on loose rocks, it hasn't thrown any on me. It does throw sand like hell, but that all ends up on the poor sucker behind me. :headbang:
