mnduner
use a die grinder with a small grinding bit and cut through the bearing cage from top to bottom in two places opposite each other then break it apart with a chisle and hammer. be carefull not to grind into the swingarm where the bearings ride. without air tools a haksaw maybe i tried using a long screwdriver and an extension to reach through and hammer it out but the lip of the cage is so small it just slips off. but have heard of other people having luck with this technique Edited May 31, 2006 by mnduner
DemonShee
You can take a bearing puller and put the screw against the tube joint and the bar of the swingarm. Then use one jaw on the bearing and pull it from the inside-out. Thats how I got mine out. and it didnt damage the bearings either.

cdwood37
You can slide a 1/2" washer inside the tube and then get a bunch with a bigger head than the hole in the washer and they will come out rather easy that way.
DIRTMAN350
I use a dremel and cut thru the outer cage and drive it out. worked pretty good. just have alot of patients and wear safety glasses.
