My father still tells stories of some old dude that used to come to the track when he used to race back in the late 60's early 70's(drag, Jr pro street) that was testing engine that he designed for a commuter car that would run all day on just a couple of cups of gas. Said there were always guys in the stands watching and taking pix and then they stopped showing up. then the old man just stopped showing up out of the blue. noone ever saw him again. Probably living well on some caribbean island and paid quite well to keep quiet. Quote

I can see it now water will be $3.00 a gallon and oil will be $4.59 for 32 16.9 ounce bottles. There's also a car that runs on pig poo. Quote
