Gargamel
look on the bright side- now you have a reason to ditch the crap stockers and get real bars everytime I brake something on my bike I replace more then needed in mods cause the wife don't know how much the brokin part is it's all how you look at it
Wallrat
Ya man...bummer you broke those $800 bars.
midknight
Ya i know stock bars are poo i just think $6,499.00 is alot of money for huffy bars thats all! What is a good bar? something light but only has to be purchased once!

NYUK
i would rather have the bars bend than the frame and stem. i learned the hard way.spent loot on a lonestar stem and some heavy duty bars. rolled it, my million dollar bars were fine, my stem and frame were pretzles. Wicked98Shee
get some fat bars and clamps.... i run protapers and trailtech mount set up, they're definately strong, and help vibrationa lil bit too.
2bzy2p
thats why in my book its stupid to pay 6500 for a damn banshee when u can get one half the price with aftermarket shit on it,they have not changed anything on the banshee except color of plastic since 1990!!! 89-90 went to a-arm
DIRTMAN350
I run the Pro Taper SE 7/8 bars and really like them. I have gave them alot of abuse and still holding up strong. Otherwise you could by some carbon steel bars if strentgh is the issue. Plus most carbon steel bars are pretty cheap.
midknight
I like the pro tapers but i do see the logic of bending the bars rather than the stem and neck! And the only reason i bought a NEW banshee 2by2 is ive wanted one for fifteen years and this was my last and only chance to own a new one maybe just on principal but at least the only problems i have is the ones I create! helldriver
the stock bars are junk!!!! at least geta good set of bars,, if your worried about the stem bending, when or IF it does, get a lonestar or something like that you'll be happier with a good sdet of bars,, trust me
locogato11283
i like the big bar trailtech setup. i run it on all my bikes. they are very strong bars but will give in case of a hard rollover. im with john on this one, id rather bent the bars than the stem or frame... helldriver
if you bend a STOCK serting stem they are fairly cheap,, or you can upgrade to a lonestar of something like that,,, then worst canse senerio, you gussett front part of the frame that holds the rad and stering assembly i did, and i never had a problem
