That's a very good point. 80% of max rated is a pretty good rule for electrical. No didn't remember I'm an electrical engineer. I'm going to downsize the bulbs to be safe.
I just bought some new laser star lights for my bike and they have 75w bulbs in them. I want to know if anyone has put something like this on their bike. It seemed high to me but I know my stator can handle it. Do I have to change the wiring or switch?
I recently swapped out my stator for a 200w and my lights still look like crap. I need a replacement set or even some clean lenses. (626)672-530seven. David. Edit: I also need a new stator cover.
I will try that tonight, its insurance i should have bought when i first bought my bike. My rod and ball have already been welded together once. Sounds simple, i just didnt want to mess anything up.
thanks
I took apart my bikes clutch today and the nut holding in the basket came off. The problem was that the ears off of the locking washer broke off and the nut just came loose. Im trying to figure out what that washer is called and where to buy it. If anyone could help me i would really appreciate it, thanks.
I had the same prob a while back. My clutch rod was worn and the clutch was not being fully released when i was trying to shift. appearently it was happening all the time, but i noticed when i was racing only. Good luck.
i tried them and personally did not like them. The handling on rough trails was weird. I went with offset wheels in the front and the bike rolls and steers smoother......way smoother.
