We will find out with a $500 bet at Snakehunt. I say banshee and yfz come out a little richer. Finman Quote
Wicked98Shee Posted April 13, 2006 Report Posted April 13, 2006 the new 450's aint runnin with no piped and filtered banshee that is jetted properly ... we hadda 15k contingincy mx race at sfdr last summer, i was playin on the 3/8m oval and well they decided to come out and play ... they all pulled off with thier tales between thier leggs and went to the pits. needless to say the banshee all so slow it is, sent the bitch's packin'. Not saying I have the fastest quad around but it would be a good race with either one winning by a small margin.. Not trying to ruffle anyones panties around here.. Soupbox660 Posted April 19, 2006 Report Posted April 19, 2006 The 06' 450R and 05' are two different machines. The 06' is ten times better than that original thing they came up with. Stock for stock, the 06' is just slightly faster than a new YFZ. I like it, but thats my personal opinion. Then there is the new Quadracer 450. That thing handles incredible, but its like the slowest thing on the market. You can outrun one on a 400EX. Top speed is 68 mph. Granted it gets there quick, but geeze, how fast would a YFZ or 450R get there, if they were geared that low? Anyway, if I get another 4 stroke, I'm getting a YFZ or 450R. But probably YFZ cause they handle better. Quote
