engine ice

hey guys i need to stock up on coolent and was wondering do you put ingen ice in the radiator alone or do you have to mix it with coolent

alone...it is the coolant!

alright cool i thought i heard somewhere you have to mix it 50/50 so i though i would ask before using it

Its already mixed, says so right on the container.

I don't know how cold it gets where you are at, but I think engine ice will freeze pretty easy. Not sure but I think it is just coolant not antifreeze. You may want to run regular antifreeze in the winter and engine ice in the summer.

I use Toyota's coolant. It's pre mixed and it's for summer and winter. You should be able to get it over the parts counter. All the guys I know use it, including the pro racers.

there was a discussion in the product rewiew forum and it was concluded that engine ice is good till like -15 or somethin like that. i leave mine in all thru the winter with no probs and it gets down to -10 here. so i dont think u would have ne trouble.

Engine ice freeze protection is good down to -26 degrees.

IO had it in my shed this winter the one night it was down to -22 way back, never froze!
