theres a nifty feature on this and most other forums called search. its such a beautiful tool too. i use castrol.

not regular ATF...use only Type F automatic tranny fluid...it's specifically made for older fords with a certain type of clutches that match our banshees clutches closer..so stick to type F, not regular ATF....i dont think it will hurt, but it couldent help since i've only read about type F, even he pros use it

you guys should try it, more notchier tranny after i used this.. completely drain your machine first
