I'm thinking about putting a hydraulic clutch on my Banshee, but I wanted to know if anybody has any experience with them? I have a set of 34mm flatslide Mikuni's, and I don't know if the slave cylinder will clear the bottom of the bowls. If anybody has any answers, I would appreciate the help.

Thanks,

OK, I'll just buy it and see what I need to do, for the carbs to clear. How do you like the Rocket pipes? I found a set, and I'm in the process of buying.

got one and love it. just make sure you get the steel braided hose. my first one didnt have it and the pipe melted a hole in it. put the braided one on and haven't had a problem since.

For how much they are you are better off spending the $$$ on more important stuff!!!! Get yourself an RTC clutch lever if you feel you must replace the stock configuration!!! Much cheaper than purchasing a Hydraulic POS. Just my opinion!!!

I have an aftermarket perch and lever, but with my current clutch, the increased lever pull, causes some serious arm pump, on a long ride. I put all 6 of the heavier springs in my clutch, to keep it from slipping as much. I have replaced numerous clutch cables, since installing this clutch, and it's starting to be a pain. I was just looking for a way to get rid of the clutch cable and decrease the lever pull. So far, it's pretty even as far as the pros and cons, on the hydraulic clutch. I'm going to go ahead and get one. Thanks for the input.

It will probably be another month, because I'm rebuilding the motor, from the crank up. I'm going with a +4mm stroker +5mm longrod crank, that is trued and welded, plus .060 over 795 Wiseco pistons. A few other things will be added also, Rocket In-frames, bigger radiator, Wiseco clutch basket, new clutch, and a +4 swingarm. I'll keep you posted.

Thanks
