  4. Stock cylinders off a 2006 Banshee. Never bored or ported. Came off running bike that had good power, replacing with different top end. Pistons, rings and wrist pins included. Stock reeds included. Blue NOSS Performance Head included. You will need o-ring kit, domes and copper washers for the head. Will include stock head as well. $350 firm. pm me
  5. Only the right cylinder was ported when I got the top end. This top end has been sitting around for a few years and I have since picked up a T-Rex so I wont be using this. The porting on the one cyl doesn't look bad and both cylinders look like they just need a honing. In the plastic bag is all the new parts for the powervalve system. I don't have a CDI. I have additional pics now if you would like me to email them to you. Thanks for looking!
  6. The new parts are the entire power valve assembly from the valves, oil seals, joints, holders, bolts, washers, screws, thrust plates etc... Also included are new cylinder head gasket, clutch cable clamp, reed valve gaskets. I also have one new exhaust gasket. The servo motor assembly, cable pulley, cylinders and cylinder head are used. Cylinder Head looks very nice and can be polished. I believe the cylinders are stock bore and would just require honing. Pistons are not included. I will provide pics to anyone that is serious, pm me your email address.
  7. RZ350 Cylinders, YPVS Head, Servo Motor, with all new parts. Not sure what cylinder bores are and they could use a honing. Right cylinder has some porting work done. Will provide pics upon request. $360 and buyer pays shipping.
  8. Brand new, never installed Maier gas tank covers and radiator shroud. Dark Blue $80 + shipping
  9. pipes are still avail. any offers?
  10. Rocky Banshee I have a set, brand new never run. Small nick on left pipe by leg. Cannot see when pipe is on the bike. Either from shipping or shop. I have everything and have attached a pic to this msg, Let me know if your interested. I am looking to get $400+shipping Chris

  12. Brand new never mounted inframe Shearer big bore pipes and silencers. Never used, one small dime size dent on lower inside of left pipe, cannot see when pipes are on the bike. pics upon request, 400 + shipping Chris
  13. Pro Design sells one for $230 not including domes I believe. I just looked not too long ago because I just picked up an RZ350 top end and was in the market as well. I was interested to see who else might make one. I know NOSS Machine sells good heads but I am not sure if he sells heads for the RZ350 jugs. I would like some color choices! Maybe someone will know?
  14. I used the o-rings that came with the cosmetic gasket kit I got when purchasing my Wiseco rebuild kit. When I put my Shearers on my bike I used these ones instead of the ones I got with the pipes. If I remember correctly they were a little thicker than the o-rings that came with the pipes.
  15. For how much they are you are better off spending the $$$ on more important stuff!!!! Get yourself an RTC clutch lever if you feel you must replace the stock configuration!!! Much cheaper than purchasing a Hydraulic POS. Just my opinion!!!
  16. The YFZ/Raptor spindles I believe will make the Banshee slightly wider. There is binding with the ball joints though. I would definitly not suggest trying the YFZ/Raptor spindles on the stock a-arms. I have after-market a-arms and the ball joints fit but looks like it could do some damage to the ball joint if the right amount of stress was placed on the ball joint. That could prove to be pretty dangerous while haulin ass which is what the Banshee does best!!!!
  17. The stock front Banshee calipers suck! I ride a lot of long staright RR beds so good front brakes are nice! Not necessary but they are better than stock!!! I paid approximately $75 shipped for two calipers. I bought them with the spindles for $175 but sold the spindles for $100. So after all the messing around with shipping and reselling the spindles I paid $75 for the calipers. For anyone that is interested I see calipers going for really cheap on ebay sometimes. I saw a set go for like $60 not too long ago. For any of you who know how much a delaer would charge for one caliper you know that $60 for a set of used ones(2 years old at the most) is a steal!!! So far I have yet to have any problems with the fluid getting too hot and burning up. I have extended a-arms so I am running extended brake lines for what it is worth. Probably not much. Oh yeah and try doing endos with the stock calipers. With the twin piston calipers its much easier!!!!
  18. I am running Shearer In-frames, ported, V-force 3's, Trinity intake manifolds, 28mm PWK's, and K&N pods. I am at 152 on the mains, and 50 on the pilots. I am about to bump up to 155 maybe a little higher for the cold weather around here. I am in Western, NY so its starten to get a little nippier. I would start out rich. Starting out at 155,50 is a good start. Go from there. I am at about 500-700 ft in elevation where I ride. Better rich than sorry. I love the Shearer pipes!!!!! My buddy just spent mad $$$ on the Trinity Stage IV's and I tear him a new asshole! The Shearer's are a way better pipe than what is offered on the mainstream market. Nice looking too!
  19. Keep your head up brother! It might show up again! I have heard some pretty far out stories of bikes making it back to the original owner! Just hope the retard that stole your bike truly is one!!!
  20. No need to use the 450\raptor, hubs\spindles, the 450 calipers fit right on the banshee spindles. Minimal f'en around! I spent more time on ebay looking for the calipers than putting them on the bike, inexspensive and fairly cheap upgrade. As soon as I get some time I will post some pics, (full-time work) + (full-time school) = little time to jerk off!
