bigboybanshee Posted May 20, 2005 Report Posted May 20, 2005 It's definitely worth a shot...Do you have a lawyer you could discuss it with as far as the legal part is involved? Quote

Not across the board, but if you decide to sue be prepared to spend alot of money and time fighting. Like Travis said, talk to a good lawyer, perhaps one that specializes in this type of thing. Also, with my experience with some lawyers, if you ask them if they do this sort of thing, of course they will say yes as the dollar signs roll in their eyes, but ask for some case history and some references you can call. Also, if you were to win $4,000,000 for instance, your attorneys fees would take most of that. We just went through a simple bankruptcy hearing with a company that stifffed us venders to a tune of about $4 mil. My share was a paultry $30k. The attorneys fees went over $3.5 million over 3 years. We won't ever see a dime of the money we were owed, the laywers got it all. Quote
Blue Duece Posted May 20, 2005 Report Posted May 20, 2005 id almost say fuck it and concentrate on your life, that shit will side track you for years only to be disapointed Quote

NitroTate Posted May 21, 2005 Report Posted May 21, 2005 I would say sue them but you'll just end up spending your own precious time (not riding) and money (may have to sell the shee just pay lawers ) and get no where with it. I was in the army and one of the Seargents that I worked with was in Desert storm. We were combat engineers, he was tasked to blow up a bunker full of chemicals. What they failed to realize was the explosion sent a lot of it into the air and it dropped down on their positions. Long story short; he cannot have kids now (effects of chemicals). He tried to sue for that and got nowhere... By the way, my wife has tenia versicolor too, what do you use to keep it at bay?? She's tried a few things but believe it or not athletes foot lotion kind of works. Quote
