Dead Op Posted April 29, 2005 Report Share Posted April 29, 2005 I HAVE A 01 BANSHEE, fmf fattys, power core 2s, k&n filter, whit bros boost, i recently bought the bike , i have a problem. it eats gas like f*cking nuts, i go through a tank in about 31/2 hours of riding! i know the twins cylinders two stokes bur a lot more tha n fours from my snowmobiles arctic cat f 7 suped to the bone! my one frienmd said it may be ported any tips? sj820 Posted April 29, 2005 Report Share Posted April 29, 2005 I am looking at around 2.5 hrs worth of petrol! Throw some pipes or some intake mods on there and your time starts dwindling down! Where I ride there are gas stations every few miles, bring some oil!!! If someone made a larger tank that fits under the stock plastic I would be all over it! I do not like the fact that on the Clark tanks the plastic is permanent, and the IMS tanks make a Banshee look gay!!!! So there is your options!!!
