NugShee Posted January 22, 2005 Report Posted January 22, 2005 ya, I dont know specifics and I dont know if anyone really does know the truth behind all of this as far as what year will be the last but yes the Banshee is being discontinued. Pretty soon no dealer will be able to sell two strokes. The greenies have thrown a fit about polution and all that and so far are getting their way. I wonder if a dealership will legally be able to sell used Banshees. Also kinda curious as to what this is all going to do for the value of the Banshee. Im guessing once they are discontinued the value of the banshee wont depreciate very much. Hope this all helps you out a little bit. Oh, in case you havent figured it out this subject has been disussed 30 times on here so people are getting a little tired of hearing about it so be prepared for some slams. Quote

PyRo_ZaCh Posted January 22, 2005 Report Posted January 22, 2005 I was thinkin, every time I come here this topic is up, one new person post it, they learn, it fades, it happens again in a few days, can we get a sticky up about it or somthing?, also i was wondering; say you want an 08 or what ever banshee ,when the year rolls around and yamaha no longer makes it. can you get a lone star frame, alba engine, some bars, shocks, suspension, ect. . .and basicaly build your own from aftermarket parts?
