  1. I'm still not dead  Don't know if any one even remembers me but yeah, I've been busy. Started college, had to get a real job (more than the 10 hours a week I was getting) So now I spend all my time at school or working at wally world. I got a lil saturn sll2 for going to school then started to get some friday nights off so I've been beating that off at the local 1/4 mile on friday nights, and have been getting more into cars than atvs (mainly not having time to ride any more) then a couple banshees and 400 exs started running in the motor cycle class, I'm thinking about gettin an exhaust (yes I still never saved up for that) and some street tires and running that next summer.
  2. well, like i said its been a while since i've been here, it was when i was still 16 I finished up my project and all, because that, cars, girls, school, work auctualy started getting in the way of the banshee, so finaly found time/ambition/money to get that fixed and start riding again till college starts in the fall.
  3. You mean "last year for the banshee" questions stoped?
  4. So is this a constant thing because when the banshee broke and i sorta faded away for ~a year this same thing with her was going on. I don't realy have a side to take on this but just wondering if its a constant battel or just started up again.
  5. Well, awhile back I started having loss of coolent problems with the banshee, stoped riding it, put it in the garage, just about forgot about it, I figured, since i dont even ride why keep coming here. As of thursday its in the shop and should be all ready to run again next week, so since i'm going to start riding again i figured i'de stop back in here and try to catch up. any thing major i'm missing?, i see the lay out changed quite a bit. Since I've been here last I. . . earned Eagle scout, turned 18, graduted HS, and got a 91 geo metro (dont laugh its a college comuiter, i still have the F-150)
  6. if any one wants to hook me up with an invite please PM me and i'll give you my email (i'm paranoid about spam)
  7. theres another part to that, i just cant remember it
  8. eh i'm goin by the name in the video and that video came up when I searched the name. . .so yea if it is can i get an autograph or somethin
  9. I'm watchin 2fast 2real for hollywood right now mostly street racing, but this guy, Pretty Tone, is in it doing some sick wheelies and stopies on a banshee (looks stock) and he the cops come up and talk to him and he says "they only wanted an autograph, i told them i was busy riding now so i'll stop by the station for that later" any one else hear of him, i'm not sure if hes famous or that but hes deff got some sillks EDIT found a short vid, dosnt show any thing compared to what hes doin in 2fast 2real FH tho http://videos.streetfire.net/video/9A992B5...691F50C7237.htm
  10. its not the fact thier gay/bi i have a problem with (should of stated this in my first post) but that their doing it to because its "trendy" or just to get some attention. But seriously who sits around thinking. . . "new fighting movie. . .no. . .new action movie. . . no. . . .pirates?. . .no. . .cowboys. . .maby. . .not edgy enough tho. . .I KNOW. . .GAY COWBOYS! it will be the feel-good movie of the season!"
  11. first off about the cool to be gay comment, seriously, wtf these "emo" guys my age (around 15-17 and even older i guess) its apparently cool for most of them to be gay/bi and all flamboyant about it. it scares/annoys/angers me all at the same time. then some of the girls are worse. . .its kind of odd when these 12/13 yr old girls decide their gay/bi and make out in public.(i'm pretty sure its just for attention) 2nd brokeback mountain, what were they thinking making this. . . and the previews cant just say "GAY COWBOYS" the one guy work with went to see it thinking something like "oh cool western cowboy shoot out movie", he was saying that him and most of the theather walked out once they started to figure things out. But on the other hand we're goin to try to convice my friend its a hardcore old school coyboy movie and get him to take his dad to see it.
  12. "adventure park" from what i hear its every thing, i know they have nuerock(sp?) compitions up there for rock climbing once in a while, there may even be more than one place called "paragon"
  13. theres a park around here called paragon, i'm not sure of the cost because i've never ridden there (if i wanted to i have friends that know how to sneak in anyway) but to ride there i know you have to have full gear, a cell phone, flag and a partner, and with all that i bet theres some kind of waver involved. I guess this would work with the liability and all then if it was owned by some one willing to keep all that organized
  14. I think the main problem would be liability You have this land and say people could come ride one it, everyone's happy, but then some idiot flips his quad, gets hurt, and gets a lawyer that will somehow prove its your falut he got hurt. lawsuit follows. . .
  15. I look forward to snow. . .and what happens? it stays about 50F out. . . can't realy complain since its warm for hunting and all. But now that its a bout 40 and just raining this kinda sucks.
  16. I just got the thought of you winning the auction from him and going back and forth. . ."I"m waiting to get it myself, when you send me it then, I'll send it to you" " over and over
  17. 1. DRILL PRESS: A tall upright machine useful for suddenly snatching flat metal bar stock out of your hands so that it smacks you in the chest and flings your beer across the room, splattering it against that freshly painted part you were drying. 2. WIRE WHEEL: Cleans paint off bolts and then throws them somewhere under the work bench with the speed of light. Also removes fingerprint whirls and hard-earned guitar calluses in about the time it takes you to say, "Dang it!!!" 3. ELECTRIC HAND DRILL: Normally used for spinning pop rivets in their holes until you die of old age. 4. PLIERS: Used to round off hexagonal bolt heads. 5. HACKSAW: One of a family of cutting tools built on the Ouija board principle: It transforms human energy into a crooked, unpredictable motion, and the more you attempt to influence its course, the more dismal your future becomes. 6. VISE GRIP PLIERS: Used to round off bolt heads. If nothing else is available, they can also be used to transfer intense welding heat to the palm of your hand. 7. OXYACETYLENE TORCH: Used almost entirely for setting various flammable objects in your shop on fire. Also handy for igniting the grease inside a wheel hub you're trying to get the bearing race out of. 8. WHITWORTH SOCKETS: Once used for working on older British cars and motorcycles, they are now used mainly for impersonating that 9/16 or 1/2 socket you've been searching for the last 15 minutes. 9. HYDRAULIC FLOOR JACK: Used for lowering an automobile to the ground after you have installed your new disk brake pads, trapping the jack handle firmly under the bumper. 10. EIGHT-FOOT LONG DOUGLAS FIR 4X4: Used to attempt to lever an automobile upward off a hydraulic jack handle. 11. TWEEZERS: A tool for removing splinters of wood, especially Douglas fir. 12. TELEPHONE: Tool for calling your neighbor to see if he has another hydraulic floor jack. 13. SNAP-ON GASKET SCRAPER: Theoretically useful as a sandwich tool for spreading mayonnaise; used mainly for removing dog crap from your boots. 14. E-Z OUT BOLT AND STUD EXTRACTOR: A tool that snaps off in bolt holes and is ten times harder than any known drill bit. 15. TWO-TON HYDRAULIC ENGINE HOIST: A handy tool for testing the tensile strength of bolts and fuel lines you forgot to disconnect. 16. CRAFTSMAN 1/2 x 16-INCH SCREWDRIVER: A large motor mount prying tool that inexplicably has an accurately machined screwdriver tip on the end without the handle. 17 AVIATION METAL SNIPS: See hacksaw. 18. TROUBLE LIGHT: The home builder's own tanning booth. Sometimes called drop light, it is a good source of vitamin D, "the sunshine vitamin," which is not otherwise found under cars at night. Health benefits aside, its main purpose is to consume 40-watt light bulbs at about the same rate that 105-mm howitzer shells might be used during, say, the first few hours of the Battle of the Bulge. More often dark than light, its name is somewhat misleading. 19. PHILLIPS SCREWDRIVER: Normally used to stab the lids of old-style paper-and-tin oil cans and squirt oil on your shirt; can also be used, as the name implies, to round off the interiors of Phillips screw heads. 20. AIR COMPRESSOR: A machine that takes energy produced in a coal-burning power plant 200 miles away and transforms it into compressed air that travels by hose to an Pneumatic impact wrench that grips rusty bolts last tightened 70 years ago by someone at Ford, and rounds them off. 21. PRY BAR: A tool used to crumple the metal surrounding that clip or bracket you needed to remove in order to replace a 50 cent part. 22. HOSE CUTTER: A tool used to cut hoses 1/2 inch too short. 23. HAMMER: Originally employed as a weapon of war, the hammer now-a-days is used as a kind of divining rod to locate expensive parts not far from the object we are trying to hit. 24. MECHANIC'S KNIFE: Used to open and slice through the contents of cardboard cartons delivered to your front door; works particularly well on boxes containing upholstered items, chrome-plated metal, and plastic parts. 25. Snap-On Gasket Scraper: A $10 tool that would cost $2 from any other outlet, including Sears, and has the exact same guarantee. Also useful for spreading spackling compound over the new hole in the drywall that was formed right after you slung the open-end wrench that just slipped, causing yet another banged up knuckle!!!

Did he also compleatly ignore all the g/f and wife on banshee topics?
  19. After posting I auctualy wonderd about throwing that question in there too, now i know at least.
  20. What happens if i stand up in a canoe? What happens if i take a sleeping pill and a laxative in the same night? i was told not to but never explained why
  21. what about what happens if you leave it redlined in first gear?
  22. I remember doing this on co op mode with my friend on his x-box and not having a problem with it. maby you have to get creative with plasma grenades on the bottom of it.
  23. I compleatly forgot about that and my post in it, i guess i have to run out e&r where i heard they give away the ones they take off bikes they get in (for resale) and see about that, i'm 90% sure i'm going to find out its hollow tho.
  24. today my friend lets me know since he's gettin his top end rebuilt and his banshee over haluled over the winter (including BIGGER boost bottel) he'll let me have his old one for only $45 and later backed it down to $35. . .In the conversation it came up that none of you know any thing about boost bottels and how they store the extra fule air mixture the banshee would normaly be wasting at and idle and give it that extra boost of fule/air the first time you romp on it and create some kind of crazy vacume or flaw in the space time contiuem or somthing like that, i wasn't paying that much attention to him at this point, that doubles the fule air mix that your burning. He has many other theorys on gaing power, but still belives this web site would be a waste of time to deal with people who "don't know shit" about motors. Maby i'll eventaly convince him to sign up and he'll auctualy learn a couple things from you guys.
