limitied03 Posted January 11, 2005 Report Posted January 11, 2005 Well i woke this morning and walked out to my truck only to discover it has been broken into stole my stereo and all of my riding gear in my brand new gear bag...i mean every piece of riding gear i had was in there and then the sons of bitchs stole my damn back pack for school....there wasnt even anything in it of worth a notebook and some papers...pisses me off something fierce...1500 dollars down the drain between the cd player and the riding gear. Never would have thought i would get robbed...and the dumbasses left the screwdriver they used to get in the truck on my front seat so now im back to square one with riding gear...it took me a year to get all the stuff i had and i had a under the jersey roost guard that i didnt even get to wear yet so needless to say im pissed!!!!!!! PUSH THE THROTTLE Posted January 11, 2005 Report Posted January 11, 2005 That really sucks. Have the police do some CSI stuff and fingerprint the screwdriver. Quote
04ShEeLE Posted January 11, 2005 Report Posted January 11, 2005 If it was at your house, then your your's or your parent's Home Owners Insurance will cover it. I learned this when I had my stereo taken from my car. The car insurance will pay for stuff bolted to the car, but if it was on your property (in the driveway), then you can get it replace by the home owners insurance. Good luck Quote
blk02banshee Posted January 11, 2005 Report Posted January 11, 2005 that sucks, dude! I hate thieves. I had my radio, CDs, subs, amps, and riding gear stolen out of my car 10 years ago. I got lucky, though and the neighbor called the cops. It turned out to be the guy that sold me the car! I pressed charges on his punk ass. Quote

Here in MO all you have to do scratch off the serial, tell them you built the trailer at home and get a "homebuilt" title then license is no problem. I "know people" who bought new trailers at dealerships then filed for a homebuilt title to keep from having to pay sales tax. Quote

Oh well, I hope everybody gets their stuff back and a chance for revenge too. Quote
