I agree, the port work looks decent. If I had to guess, I would say that

someone was shooting nitrous to that motor seeing as how someone

took a grinder to the top of that rad valve and cut a groove, probably to

allow the reed spacer mounted nitrous nozzles to extend down into the intake path. Yep.

Yes sir, but that is ground out well past the original casting for the

balance tube...you can't tell? Josh, you got it in your hand, has

it been ground on? :P I used to have a set and they didn't look

quite like that  .

nah it doesn't look like any grinding has happened unless it was machined there then its original, but who really knows except the guy that had it before me

so am i correct calling this a mild trail port?

MAN I CAN'T WAIT TO GET IT RUNNING AGAIN!!!!!

personally, I would get rid of the rad valve and get delta 2s. I liked them much more than the rad valve. what's a couple more hundred, right. :rotflmao:

looks great :bolt:

a couple of hundered doesn't seem like much compared to the money i have spent on this rebuild

the intake ports are what i think alot of people call boyeson boost ports. personally i think they are worthless. the passion 12 port has them just on a much larger scale. when i had my passion jugs i had those boost ports blocked off with jb weld and the bike ran exactly the same. therefore im not convinced they do anything. i dont see any extra exhaust ports but i guess there could be.
