banshee04le Posted December 1, 2004 Report Posted December 1, 2004 I agree, the port work looks decent. If I had to guess, I would say that someone was shooting nitrous to that motor seeing as how someone took a grinder to the top of that rad valve and cut a groove, probably to allow the reed spacer mounted nitrous nozzles to extend down into the intake path. Yep. Quote
superchicken Posted December 1, 2004 Report Posted December 1, 2004 no,thats where the boost bottle(crossovertube)goes.mine are the same way Quote

Josh, you got it in your hand, has it been ground on? I used to have a set and they didn't look quite like that . Quote
FIRST BANSHEE Posted December 1, 2004 Report Posted December 1, 2004 personally, I would get rid of the rad valve and get delta 2s. I liked them much more than the rad valve. what's a couple more hundred, right. looks great Quote

MAN I CAN'T WAIT TO GET IT RUNNING AGAIN!!!!! Edited December 2, 2004 by joshv5.0 Quote

Bensshee Posted December 2, 2004 Report Posted December 2, 2004 Is that triple ports drilled into the sides of the jugs? On a mild ported bike how does that work out? Quote
rebelbanshee2 Posted December 2, 2004 Report Posted December 2, 2004 (edited) that isnt a normal looking port! I see extra intake and exaust ports! (edit i saw wrong, no extra exaust ports) Edited December 2, 2004 by rebelbanshee2 Quote
racer Posted December 2, 2004 Report Posted December 2, 2004 that isnt a normal looking port! I see extra intake and exaust ports! 287668[/snapback] where ex ports at? Quote
locogato11283 Posted December 2, 2004 Report Posted December 2, 2004 the intake ports are what i think alot of people call boyeson boost ports. personally i think they are worthless. the passion 12 port has them just on a much larger scale. when i had my passion jugs i had those boost ports blocked off with jb weld and the bike ran exactly the same. therefore im not convinced they do anything. i dont see any extra exhaust ports but i guess there could be.
