She works at my local post office, and I'm sure she said you could do that, and if there is a problem i.e. someone scamming you, that they can take action reason being that its a GOVERNMENT ISSUED CONTRACT. They will spend $10,000 to get their $4.00 back if they have to, and If memory serves me correct its a felony. Plus the whole interstate mail fraud.... and on and on. I'm not 100% but I go to the post office a few times per week and know everyone that works there. I'll see if I can find a 100% answer and post it in the General Discussion section later on.
