jake brake is an engine brake used on diesel motors on a big truck when its on and ur not touching the accelerator or clutch it is on and slows the motor down with no load it will continue to slow till the rpms reach idle.

use a grinder and grind em off no geta hairdryer heat em up peel em off then use goo gone to remove the residue

it will upshift fine but when i go to downshift it feels as if its not catching like the shifter is loose yes i checked the shifter its not slipping the last time this happened i took the clutch cover off and founde several chewed up bolts and nuts and the shift star laying in the oil in the bottom of the case i took it to a shop and let them do it because of the stud being broke off flush in the case if i stop and fuck with it for a few minutes or shut it off i can get it back down to 1st but while moving or the engine is running it wont..

Well i just put my banshee back together just pc'ed the frame cut my plastic all new bearings seal n shit like that and now i take it for a spin and it doesnt want to downshift i had this problem in my 99 motor but this motor is out of and 02. So pretty much i need some kind of info or help on what to do should i see if i can trade it on sumthin else more raceable figure out whats wrong and fix it and continue racing it or what im very frustrated.

what can i use to groove my turf tamers ive never grooved tires b4 but i used a race car tire groover on half of 1 and it took forever is there anything around the house i could use that would work thanx
