Well we specialize in mud machines that's why. But occasionally we do get sport quads in well here we are i am familiar with two strokes fairly any way lol. We have Shee in the shop now and the customer has no clue as to what's been done or not done, here's what i know - toomey pipes - electron style flat slide carbs - clutch lock out with clear cover - vforce reeds - open air don't know if any engine work has been done bike would only run off either when they came in customer stated he bought them and the guy cranked them before he bought but he did not ride because they obviously needed work. well here is what i have done - cleaned carbs thoroughly ( commercial ultrasonic cleaner ) - changed and adjusted clutches (Vitos) - changed plugs Bike will now start 1 kick but Boggs before band and runs kinda crappy till wot we have tried tuning with no avail have not messed with needle setting feel pretty certain it is tunning but would like to know where to start with given info as for needle set as well as fuel mixtures and jets. thanks in advance. locogato11283 Posted January 12, 2023 Report Share Posted January 12, 2023 Lectrons are for experienced tuners.. Mainly drag race bikes. All the tuning is done with the needle and it can make or break the bike as there are different needles for gas and meth. They really need to go and be replaced with some 28mm PWK.
