+4 would be better.. but if your doing trails to , go either +2 or +0. I dune with a stock length & it's perfectly fine, I wish I actually gone with a -1 instead.

I like my +4 - I think it depends on power and how big of a dude you are.

 

Mine is 80+hp and I am 200lbs.... a +4 is comfy and still nimble.

As long as the valve is functioning and opens to the top of the port, there is no reason it shouldn't on the 500+ CC Cheetahs. All that info about the intakes is irrelavent on a motor that size as each cylinder is actually over 250 CC and there seems to be enough transfer volume to move it. I personally think it he Cheetah is not a drag motor, and guys building them for drag or hill shooting should just be doing a DM. The 250R guys have proved the benefits of power valves for decades in rec riding and various forms of racing other then drag racing.
