So this guy said he had to make a new jig or your assuming he does? When I made my swing arm jig it was fully adjustable offset wise and length wise that's why I'm not getting why you would need all same length. A arm jigs are even easier if you can find a junk frame for cheap, and again I made it adjustable from -3 to +4

He probably designs them and has someone cut, bend and notch them all.

 

Or not, who knows.

Can't even get him to respond to an email on arms he makes. He's probably swamped with all the guys getting there bikes ready for this season. Banshee arms are not what he wants to do.
