Yeah, but its a shame we have some of the poorest quality roads in Europe. I've had a few proper scary moments because of this. How come the law is so strict on ATVs over there in the states? Quote

Nothing special really, just the same ancillaries as a bike (turn signals, horn, stop light and front/rear light for day time MOT) . Then just tax, insurance and MOT etc . There has been some push again to make ATV street legal nation wide, which will not happen. I know some counties already allow it. Whats the reasoning for them not being legal in the states? Are they deemed to dangerous or something? Quote
