  4. Hi again guys wondering on best pipe choice for a 4mil, 66mm bore, 21cc domes, +4 timing, mild port job, vforce 4. Currently running FMF gnarlys & powercore 2s... not really sure theyre the right pipe for the job.

  7. Ok thanks, what i dont get it why only 1 cylinder is like it. The other is fine.
  8. Not many hours at all. Around 6, if crankseal failed wouldnt it be the left hand piston to go?
  9. So a guy i know has blown his piston in his banshee, only on the right hand side. It has a hole in the top & melted the tip of the plug. When built the motor was leakdown tested & held overnight with no problems. The only fault you can see is the plug thread cap had come off & was in the plug cap. Could this being loose & vibrating cause the hole? Misfire & then big ignition?
  10. Think ive got it. 50 pilot, 180 main, middle clip, 1 & quarter turns out. Pulls clean no flat spots. Thanks for all your help guys
  11. Theres a guy by me that did the porting, theres no one else around that i could try their pipes & i sold my other fmfs...
  12. I see, these are the gnarleys which is more of a low end pipe. It feels real close with a 48 pilot & a 180 main. Small hiccup when warm about 3quarters of the revs. I did raise needle one clip so ill drop that back to middle & see how it goes. Plenty of pull & power throughout. Gotta put a bigger front sprocket on as it tops out too quick lol.
  13. I havent got a temp gauge no. Ill drain out the coolant tomorrow & check the pump.

  15. So thats too rich? ^ its seriously running hot.
  16. warmed on old plugs, new plugs in. 1-6 WOT & kill at WOT. roll to stop & pulled plugs. no bogs or flat spots.
  17. Genuine jets, think ive found the issue. Ive swapped the boost bottle for the cross over tube & now the plugs are wet. So ill put some 170s in & do a plug chop ill post results in 5mins.
  18. So what do you think is the problem? Leak down passed, pick up gap is right, motors been rebuilt with new crank, pistons etc, reeds are also new with no gaps. Could it be fuel starvation? I have ordered a dual pingel valve...
  19. 1-6 run then back to the van should of swapped out after the pull i know. & i keep thinking 190 is huge for that carb....
