Those sound a bit throatier then the ones I messed with. Any idea what they're silencers are packed with now JD?

No clue I haven't had them apart yet. I need to rig up some sparkie screens so I'll get to it soon.

Ok fellas, just rode my track for the first time. It is out of control coming out if the corners. Like unreal. Wheels up hammer down, DDQ would love these for the track.... If he rode track anymore.. But yea, low end grunt is insane and top end pulls hard. Don't really notice the early fall-off on top. I think it's all about gearing and where you want the power to come on. Super impressed, WAY better than CPI for track, trail, and I am going to guess dune riding but I will have a dune review first of May.

Stellar review kind sir.

I try man, it's just a subjective personal preference review but these pipes are legitimate for sure. Fuckin pumped and I know there are a ton of riders on here that would love these...

BOTTOM LINE

a hybrid between PT MIDS and CPI how about that?! A bit of the best from both worlds.

i think the silencers are sweet..    the motor will dictate some of the "throaty" sound also.

dune riding if you lug these around they will shine  if you try to revvv like a top end pipe you wont like them..  just run it a higher gear than your used to and let it chug!!  they will pull super nice up dunes and wheelie across them is a breeze..  on the 400 trex with PV they were KILLER

Camatv, I thought I read that you mentioned changing the turn downs on these silencers would change performance. Could you explain why, and how?

i dont think cutting the turns of just past the silencer will change performance.  changing the silencer length deff will.
