trickedcarbine Posted November 22, 2014 Report Posted November 22, 2014 He said he has the texts. Texts hold up just fine in court. Just ask the poor fuck who tried to pre sell 25k in expanded foam bumper inserts he bought from me a few years ago. His deal fell through so suddenly he had to come up with the money out of his pocket. He tried the whole "I got fucked so you're fucked." routine. He was wrong and the judge agreed. The only proof of an agreement was texts. Quote
locogato11283 Posted November 22, 2014 Report Posted November 22, 2014 Haha, no. I've been to court many times over the years with deadbeat tenants. I guarantee that the first thing asked for will be the contract. If it cannot be presented it will be thrown out. That is fact. Stick to what you know Zilla, which is nothing. Quote
locogato11283 Posted November 22, 2014 Report Posted November 22, 2014 In addition, telling the judge you made a deal with a druggie with no contract will really make her laugh. Quote
locogato11283 Posted November 22, 2014 Report Posted November 22, 2014 Hahaha. You know how I know you don't know anything? Because you've got no first hand experience and had to post a link. Haha. Run along little buddy. LOL. Quote
Burke Posted November 22, 2014 Report Posted November 22, 2014 Hard to argue with someone that has 0 clues and all the Google Quote
locogato11283 Posted November 22, 2014 Report Posted November 22, 2014 I need to change Zilla's name to GoogleLinkPoster. Has anyone else noticed he knows NOTHING but always posts links to somewhere else? LOLOL. Busted. Quote
locogato11283 Posted November 22, 2014 Report Posted November 22, 2014 This is funny, your little bitch ass is arguing that verbal agreements are worthless but all you are giving is verbal proof. So when someone gives a link to written proof you cry like a little faggot. LOLZ. How many times have you physically gone to court over a contract/non-contract dispute? Quote
Nieskes Posted November 22, 2014 Report Posted November 22, 2014 LOLZ. How many times have you physically gone to court over a contract/non-contract dispute? Judge Judy is close enough you little faggot. Quote

n2otoofast4u Posted November 22, 2014 Report Posted November 22, 2014 He obviously wasn't/isn't a friend. If he was you would be far more concerned about him either getting help, getting better, getting back to work, something. If I've got a friend who I know is in trouble or askew my last concern is going to be a measly 2k. Try to focus on getting him well and see if the financial stuff falls into place. JMO..... But I know you NY thugs do shit a bit different. 1 Quote
