amado814 Posted October 21, 2013 Report Posted October 21, 2013 I just picked up a set of trex cylinders and wanted a reputable shop to take a good look at them and port them if needed. It's going onto the wifes banshee . Also should I just get a 4 mil crank or leave it stock stroke . Keep in mind it's going on the wifes bike . Quote
n2otoofast4u Posted October 21, 2013 Report Posted October 21, 2013 What stroke are they currently setup for? Quote
Infamous039 Posted October 21, 2013 Report Posted October 21, 2013 I would say either builder can hook you up, just give both of them a call and then choose. Quote
amado814 Posted October 21, 2013 Author Report Posted October 21, 2013 Wifes bike is stock stroke . As for the head that came with the jugs . The domes are not cut . The head looks like a cool head but has trex imprinted in it Quote
trickedcarbine Posted October 21, 2013 Report Posted October 21, 2013 Neither, both K&T and TDR have had the best T-Rex motors in my opinion. Tony at TDR also has acquired a massive cache of what was left of the T-Rex stuff and will probably have whatever you need to reconfigure it to modern times Quote

FAST and HJR both do good work, but I think these guys have the T-Rex on lock. Quote

locogato11283 Posted October 21, 2013 Report Posted October 21, 2013 Yea definitely. I like them to know they're getting referrals from the site. Quote
trickedcarbine Posted October 22, 2013 Report Posted October 22, 2013 Yes, gotta make sure the sponsors know their advertising is working here. I'm glad Tony was your choice. He's doing my new girdle head as soon as we get done with the phone tag. Quote
