You clip the wires, and unplug the wires from your harness. You are trying to eliminate the tors wire entirely from the carb to the harness. Cut it at the carb,  and unplug it from the harness.

I have another question for you....you said snow in your first post.... did you change your jetting for winter riding?  or were you wide open throttle with the same jetting that you use during summer?

no, but it ran fine in the snow the other 2 times I rode. I took the TORS off, and it still wont start up. Why would it be running just fine then shut off like someone flicked the kill switch?

have you checked compression yet, or looked at your reeds?... or are you going to keep asking the same question over and over hoping for someone to come fix it for you?

I've checked compression, and looked at the spec in the manual. It's up to par, and I am going out today after work to pull the carbs and take a look at my reeds.

As jereme stated, winter riding requires jetting changes. Yeah it rode fine for a short while, but sooner or later it won't. And you found that point where it doesn't.

Okay, I pulled the reeds, they look fine. But I pushed the kick down to look at the piston, and a bunch if brown liquid shot out. I've sat here for 3 minutes and its still shooting it out of the intake.
