just wondering why you guys are using a 2 into 1 pipe and why matt shearer decided to even build one when the dynoport fails miserably and anything 2 into 1 on a banshee hurts its performance.

i wouldnt say dynoport and motofast failed, id say they are less favorable. i had a dynoport on a stock shee before, it ripped. maybe the dyno number said otherwise but i feel with R&D the could possably out perform some pipes of its power range(whatever range that might be). looks sick btw id like one if i had something to put it on.

Lets not get all fucking crazy over this until there are some hard numbers. Its intriguing that Matt Shearer is working on this. Lets try not to talk shit until we know a few things.

 

Target power range of the pipe (low-mid, mid-High):

Dyno comparison numbers to a competitive pipe in the same range(same bike, same dyno, same parts):

Dyno charts with torque and hp curves:

Setup on the bike its being ran on:

Db output of the silencer for sound requirements:

Fit with stock airbox, pod filters, and coolant bottle brackets installed on the bike.

Also leg contact with the pipe sticking out on the RH side.

W/e the hell he's trying to do here. Is quite interesting that Matt built a set though. If he put 1/2 as much dyno time into this that he does his other stuff they'll be legit.

they are very legit, the headers are larger and the expansion chamber is give or take twice the size of a dyno port or moto fast.

This is a production pipe avaliable. We are just working on setups of our own to see what combination works best for a duner motor. I can say there are no clearence issues on the current bike with pod filters and 38mm pwk carbs.

I would want to know ALL of the following before I would even consider buying or running the pipe.

I have run the motofast, and the dynoport. I am not going to spend money or recommend another 2 into 1 pipe until I know the answers to ALL those questions.
