ISSUES Posted September 10, 2009 Report Posted September 10, 2009 Sounds like it needs a larger pilot jet. Quote
87sheerips Posted September 10, 2009 Report Posted September 10, 2009 Take the air filter off and make sure both needles are in sync and have full, smooth travel. I had a clip break off a needle once which caused the same problem. If not that, try a larger Pilot like stated above Quote

Duneman101 Posted September 10, 2009 Report Posted September 10, 2009 take the carb apart and clean it really well, then get a new air filter or clean the one on it real good. while you are cleaning the carb make sure all of the plugs and screws are in it. Quote
locogato11283 Posted September 10, 2009 Report Posted September 10, 2009 id pull the carb and clean the jets. if the pilot is not clogged, then id go up one size on the pilot. make sure your air filter is good and clean and secure. Quote
cummings0309 Posted September 11, 2009 Report Posted September 11, 2009 Your pilot jett is plugged up. I had the same thing happen many times. Quote
