TwistedSheeRida Posted July 22, 2009 Report Posted July 22, 2009 hahaha thats hilarious than they go on to say mikuni Vm 26ss (2) why would you need 2 for 1 cylinder lol Quote
BSHEE400 Posted July 22, 2009 Report Posted July 22, 2009 the 09 banshee is already out over here and it's not a 4stroke. in that link it's a pic of the 09 2STROKE banshee, it says it's a single cylinder but that one cylinder has the same bore and stroke as the current banshee, twin 26mm carbs, premix?? i think they accidentally mashed the spec sheet from a 4poke with the banshee Quote

yamahaman244 Posted July 22, 2009 Author Report Posted July 22, 2009 Where are you from and do they have 2010 banshees out or is 09 the last year. im from wisconsin in the united states and they quit making them in o6 was the last year and they must have messed up with some kind of 4 poke by the specs they got there Quote
Rodneya Posted July 23, 2009 Report Posted July 23, 2009 hahaha thats hilarious than they go on to say mikuni Vm 26ss (2) why would you need 2 for 1 cylinder lol There are a lot of singles that run two carbs, especially the big thumpers. I think the Raptors run two carbs as well. Nothing unusual about it, two inlet valves, two carbs. Quote
bansheeseat$$ Posted July 23, 2009 Report Posted July 23, 2009 Thats defenantly an error,They have the cc's,compression and bore and stroke correct but they fobared the cylinder and the # of strokes all up. Quote
AWR Posted July 23, 2009 Report Posted July 23, 2009 6:5to 1 compression ratio should be a real stump puller-you could run third world 75 octane fuel in it.......total bullshit... Quote

Wrong answer They stopped selling them in the U.S. due to emissions standards. You can get an 09 Banshee in Mexico, Canada, Europe, etc etc. Chariot was asking this guy if they were going to release a 2010 model IN THOSE AREAS.. Quote

Larry's Shee Posted July 23, 2009 Report Posted July 23, 2009 Banshee and four-poke shall not be used in the same sentence. Unless it is preceded by I beat, stomped, whooped, slayed, (or any other aggresive adjetive) There is one and only one banshee. Quote

X2 MAN i would rather have a banshee then any raptor and and 4 pokes Quote
Yama Posted July 25, 2009 Report Posted July 25, 2009 I know that's the way the world is going, but by all means it wouldn't be a Banshee if they changed the powerplant that drastically. I cringe at the thought of no scream. Obviously an error though. Quote
