Lots of people go muddin' with shee's. Maybe not as extreme as what you see with 4x4s, but mine's seen it's fair share of mud.

I'd never buy something used if I wasn't able to test drive it. Too risky. I bought mine brand new from the showroom floor. I didn't test drive it because I knew it ran good considering as I was walking in the store, they were pulling it in from testing it after they assembled it. Just be carefull if you do buy used. You can't tell what damage may be done within the engine. Could end up buying a rolling frame with a blown engine.

Kids?? Maybe that means I can still get the 12 and under discounts at the fair and stuff. You haven't been on this site long enough to know what's happened in the past on subjects like these involving "southern heritage" and people being offended. Someone, somewhere starts dropping the "N-bomb", next thing you those members are banned, and people still complain and don't let the subject die without having to add their opinions in.

Most of the "originals" left awhile back. I've seen a few lurking around, but they aren't posting unless I'm missing the post. I wasn't one of the orginals, but I came on shortly after the swap from network 54. At least I think I did... I remember people talking about what they liked and disliked about the new forums at that time. I joined before I got my banshee as Banshee_boy_01 I believe. Had some problems with a few members from what I can remember. (angry because I was asking questions that some though were repeated from other posts, lol) The next update possed some problems for me and I was unable to log back on, even with Lee and Brooke's help. I Then started with my current screen name.

Funny, I never knew a shoulder impaired someone's vision, which is ultimately the only thing that allows someone to not only clear a jump safely, but also pull off a stunt/trick as well. My apologies for not mentioning Matt Buyten "dislocation boy". I didn't realize a shoulder was such a vital part in landing a jump. No disrespect towards Buyten. He's got a high threshold for pain and has determination. But a dislocated shoulder doesn't compare to a injured wrist, injured foot, concusion, and being damn near blind in one eye because it's swollen. Check out some of the tricks in the freestyle competitions... there's one called a "no-hand landing". Cover one eye, then try to jump from a chair to another. Do the same with one arm behind your back. A bit easier if you ask me.

Anyone know of any good ares to ride at in Montana? Mainly looking for the closest dune area to hit up.

I'm surprised no one's made a post on it yet. I remember last year was it was a hot topic on here. I'll tell you what... I have a new respect for Pastrana carrying on with a swollen eye and mild concussion. Pure skill and determination. Was looking forward to seeing a double back flip attempt though. What about that upset by Nate Adams. Gotta feel good to beat Pastrana after taking the back seat to him a few times already. How about some opinions or thoughts on what Chuck's 360 body varial should be officially called?? Anybody else want to chime in??

Seems like it's been awhile since I've been on here, but it's only been 2 weeks or so. Damn, time goes so slow when you're without the internet and the BHQ Life's been great here in Montana so far. Loving the cooler temps so far, and work is a blast. Nice view of the rockies too. Anyone from alround Great Falls, MT to hook up with and ride?

I do know it's legal to ride an atv in Montana, or at least in Great Falls where I just moved to. Only problem is I can't ride it on base. Safety regulations. Only going to cost about 100 - 130 bucks to street legalize it. Already have lights/tailights, just need a horn, mirror (cops don't care if it's there or not), and a tag.

I don't see what everyone's whining about. There's nothing "technical" in nature about this post, therefore it belongs in either the general section or roosting room. No need to delete a bit of fun if you ask me. Sounds like some people have nothing better to do than sit at home pretending to ride and passing time by griping over anything and everything.

It's a shame no onehas mentioned going on May 28-29th yet . I'm going to try and make a 2 day, 1 night, semi-honeymoon trip there, provided I get the shee going strong by then. S.D.

I'll tell you what, it's great to be out of basic, even though it wasn't as hard as I thought. Tech school's a blast here at Sheppard, especially my class. Right now we're just going over saftey regulations for nukes, but it's still interesting. lfmer20... I was in the 326 at basic, and I'm currently in the 363 here at Sheppard. My MTI during basic was TSgt Oates... fucking bastard. I've never hated someone so much in my entire life. He was the strictest, most uptight MTI on Lackland. I'm so happy I never have to see his face again. Little news update for everyone... I graduate my nuke class on May 19th, then I go home for 12-14 days for the Recruiter's assistance program... basically I get to sit at my recruiter's office and get paid to look sexy in my dress uniform and B.S. with the recruiters. During this time, I'll be getting married to the one and only girl I've ever truely loved. I'm excited and can't wait. Her mom took her shopping for a wedding dress before I even proposed to her. Makes me wonder what she knew that I didn't at the time. No specific date set yet since I don't know if I'll be delayed her or not after graduation, but at least now I don't have to be pissed about being sent to Montana, and suffer while my fiance is stuck in Oklahoma. Taking a break from gathering and packing things... Didn't realize I'd get this nice of a repsonse in just a few hours. I planned on getting them sent out to you before I left, but had to get one last ride in and that's when everything screwed up. Lesson learned... don't try to out jump dirtbikes... bad landings hurt more than the ego. Ya damn right I will... after a few repairs, lol. My head's already buzzed down as short as it can go... been that way before I decided to join, so I little more off the top won't hurt, lol. I'm going in for nuclear weapons apprentice. I'm lucky to get that position since it requires a high level of security clearance, and high scores on the asvab, but it tacks on 7 g's to my 13 - 18 g's for enlistment. I have no clue where I'll be stationed at to tell ya the truth. I'll be shooting for 1 of the 3 bases in Oklahoma so I won't be very far from my g/f and family. If not there, then bases in Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas, or Louisiana... that way I can make a one day trip to come visit everyone here in Oklahoma. If I can't get any of those, then I'd settle for any of the bases in California (paid trip to Glamis baby!!), Nevada, Arizona, Ohio (have a few friends there), Florida, or Mississippi. But who knows where I'll end up, all I know is the HQ will be coming with me. 6 weeks at the max in San Antonio for basic. Then it's off for AIT, 11 weeks in Wichita Falls, TX. Back to getting ready for me. I may drop in again later for a bit before I head off to the hotel for the night. S.D.
