  1. I know you're just making a point... and a valid one. Maybe my joking remark about the pic was a bit over the edge... but i still would have made that same remark regardless of being a mod or not... i'm still just a bansheehq member looking to fill his brain with knowledge from here. My apologies if joking around about preveiwing a pic for content has offended anyone. Like I said, any comment I make now, or that I've made in the past... I do so as a member, not as a mod. Without the so called "title" I'll still voice my opinion, my smart assed remarks, and share whatever I can about the banshee and my experiences. I guess I'm not fit to be a mod since I didn't realize the whole point of being a mod wasn't to help the site out, it was to shut up and never voice my opinion or post ever again. Lee wouldn't have picked out mods if he didn't think it'd help the site run smoother
  2. You guessed right... thinly sliced, dehydrated meat with different seasonings. It's a bit on the chewy side since it's dehydrated, but the flavor lasts quite awhile. It keeps forever as long as it's frozen or kept dry and air tight.
  3. damn... i'd like to see what quarters he uses. Screw those pipes... look for something else.... the appearance alone isn't worth it, plus the dent doesn't help either.
  4. Mine would probably have to be not buying a ratio rite measuring cup from the beginning. I can't remember how many plugs I fouled out at first from too much oil.... but it was probably approaching the 30 dollar mark. Wasn't costly, but still aggrivating to push a banshee 1/2 mile back to the house after fouling out plugs, and fouling out the spares you brought as well.
  5. Actually I have seen Lee posts to something other than a website issue. I don't think having a title means you can or can't post as normal.
  6. Track only would be a good option... but then you might get stuck with needing a racing license to purchase one. Who knows... I know I have mine now, and won't part with it unless I really really really have to... then I won't let it go without a fight.
  7. The Z or KFX... considering they're both the same quad, just different badges.
  8. I was wondering the same thing... I don't even like most cheesesteaks, but all that talk had me hungry for one. NYUK is a good guy, and who gives a damn about wise ass cracks.... if you can't take em... leave.
  9. I'd stay away from Durablue axles.... anyone that I know with one has had problems. My friend got ahold of a lonestart axle for the same price as a Durablue, and he's given that thing a beating without it showing any signs of admission. The only damaged part is scrape marks and some rust in the scrapes from where his chain popped off and scratched it.
  10. Now that you put it that way... i do think people who openly express their opinion are annoying and worthless!! I think Jayfreshy felt abandoned in his effort to start a rally against NYUK and left.
  11. Maybe no one has noticed... but deathpetal hasn't made an appearance in quite some time... it's like beating a dead horse.
  12. .:: Moved by request of threadmaker ::.
  13. I think someone was hitting the crack pipe a bit much, lol J/K If they discontinue the banshee, it won't be replaced by an upgraded banshee unless it's a 4-stroke banshee, then they'll name it something else. The banshee's are in danger of being discontinued because of environmentalist tree huggers. Yamaha I don't think will "completely" discontinue them, probably just not continue them in the US... other contries don't have a problem with them, and the market for the banshee is too big to completely shut down. Only time will tell though.
  14. Honda? Fast?? Somehow those just don't go together, lol. J/K I haven't seen the new honda run, so I can't give an honest opinion. I'll admit... the EX that my friend owns beat my other friend's modded raptor a few times, butr i think that was mostly rider error.
  15. Bignasty.... One thing I've always wondered about on them... they claim a 14+ HP gain over stock. Do you know of anyone who's dynoed a bike before without them, and after with them on there to know for sure if it is that much of a gain?
  16. nah... note the smilie face ... just another horny guy wantin a cheerleading pic, lol. Besides... gotta make sure it's to the quality that we expect on here... ya know... hot cheeleader with a short skirt... not some wanna be wieghing 400 lbs. in a shower or something as posted before, lol.
  17. LMAO!!!! Sorry Chase... When I saw I was being singled out by a few other people as "not being a good mod" or letting the so called "power" go to my head, I couldn't help but stir the pot a little to show that I'm not power hungry and don't go deleting stuff for the fun of it. Tried stirring the pot with . but he's too mellowed out, lol. I guess I did pick a good candidate though for the experiment. I know you're not a crybaby chase, and I don't have any hard feelings against you, I laughed at just about everything you were saying, I guess because I knew I was joking, but I guess I went a bit far with that last remark. Anywho... Prime example people... if I was really pissed off and mad at chase... I would have deleted his posts before many people got to see them, or deleted this thread without warning, as well as the other mods. All of these guys who are mods are good people, and most have done more than their fare share to contribute to the site, and being a mod is just another way of contributing. So far, all the mods have done exactly what they're supposed to do... weed control, lol. Keep unnecessary topics out of the wrong forums. Once again, my apologies chase, lol, no bitterness on my end, hopefully none on yours. If I offended anyone else, I apologize to them as well... was just trying to prove that the current mods are good guys without big egos. Tough love guys... tough love!!
  18. Someone posted a video of a 450 and shee racing awhile back... it might not have made it to the new forums. From what I've heard, they're about evenly matched as far as stock versus stock... but both modified... the shee takes the cake. There's so much more you can do to a 2 stroke to squeeze out every once of HP you can. 4 strokes are harder to do that with without boring them out extensively.
  19. Cheerleading pic??? Send my way too, or post it.... need to preveiw it for content.
  20. Not in awhile. Last i heard, or at least remember... i think he posted something about he was going to be gone for a bit, not sure though.
  21. definitely ditch the pred. Like stated, either the shee or the 450 will be good choices. The 450 will be a bit more predictable... but you can't beat the thrill of hitting the powerband on the shee. Shee will cost less, and is better to mod. All things considered, it's up to you on which you prefer. Good luck on your choice.
  22. That was great... I needed a good laugh!!
  23. They sound awesome. I haven't had a chance to try them out to say how good they are, but they're the pipes i'm going to be putting on my shee when I have the spare cash and time. So far I haven't seen very many/any posts at all giving them bad reviews in the past.
  24. Thanks for the help... I'm going to see if I can get ahold of a few jets before thanksgiving and try them out. If anyone else has any other suggestions, but supporting thoughts on the previous opinions, feel free to state them.
