Delete any outwar thread except the one in general. Can't get rid of them all, but at least that one's not lieing about what the link it. That's my opinion. If anyone raises hell about an outwar post being deleted, I'll support the decision made by the mod who deleted it.

I, along with a large group of members, were tired of looking through posts that were in the wrong sections, taking focus of the posts that actually belonged there. Now I can do something about it. Lee doesn't have time to check every single little post for content such as a repair question in general, or some naked fat lady eating or screwing a bannana (sp?) in the images section. If you ask me, it is an improvement to be able to search through the different forums and find what you're looking for instead of garbage or misposted things.

What type of drag racing do you do? If it's any type of dirt drag... stockers are useless. I have a worn down set... they still hold air, no chunks missing that i can remember. Was thinking about saving them to put small ice studs in just in case i'm stationed somewhere where I might do some ice riding. If you're interesting... I can get pics.

It's efficient. More mods = more watchful eyes to help keep things in order and keep the HQ up to the high standards it's set. I think Lee made wise choices... he's our banshee leader, but every leader needs assistance.

Welcome to the HQ... just make sure you've got your threads in the right forums... makes getting help alot easier. You're better off keeping your swingarm and cutting it down than you are swapping for a raptors. Banshee swinarms don't strip out on a rough landing. My friends raptor forced one of the adjustment bolts through the swingarm and we had to redrill the hole bigger.

LMAO... imagine so. I've got a boogered up polished ITP rim too. Something happened on the way to little sahara last trip and the paddle and rim got up against the latch on the tie down. Bounced the whole way like that... so you can imagine what it looks like now. I can picture it in my mind on what you're talking about... but pictures are worth 1,000 words so they say, lol.

Good idea... may have to try that out. Could you possibly get some pics for illistrations? Usually, i just have my fat friend step on it a few times and waddle around on the sides of the tire.

Just because it's spitting anit freeze out doesn't necessarily mean it's over heating. Mine did the same thing right before my water impellor starting throwing small chunks around. I replaced it and it wasn't spewing anymore. One thing is if you fill the radiator and bottle up completely full, then it's going to spew some for awhile. Just keep an eye on it for awhile and see what happens. Also... check your water impellor. If it's still stock... the problem may lie there.

Just remove the bottle, and the hose that goes from the bottom of the bottle up to the cap on the radiator. Personally, I'd leave it. Once removed you get coolant spewed everywhere, and i've seen it splatter in a guy's face before... could have done damage to his eyes, but he had goggles on.

I've only own straight paddles... but my friend has owned both V's and straights, and he rides a raptor. Now i'm light compared to him, and the raptor is a bit tipsy for me at the dunes, but i had no problem throwing the ass end around with the straights, but the difference in traction was night and day. He ran sand skate II's and is currently running sand devils... and he said he's never going back to a V blade design. I run paddlemasters on my shee and can turn with ease. Granted they're a straigh paddle, but they have a 'separated' paddle on every other paddle, so they supposedly turn a bit easier than an all out straight paddle tire. My advice... if you're riding with a group who has a set of V's and straights... try them out for yourself, then buy a set of tires at little sahara, they're usually cheaper and you may get lucky and find a used set that's in good condition for a steal.

I think it's BS, but some very believable BS. I looked at it long and hard, and from the looks of it... the angle he's landing at looks like it'd put him entering the back of the van a foot above the floor board... which would leave him with 3 feet to squeeze in. there's no way he could do that, bend down and land the bike in a 3 foot tall space without a lot of pain.

The website I got mine off of changed a bit and you now have to be a member to join... but they took them down for a bit due to dandwidth problems. I have it saved on my pc, but it's too large to send or post.

LMFAO!!! I wish i could get a 2 year warranty on spark plugs... I'd never buy another set again.

if you don't mind tearing up the impellor a bit (which most don't if swapping to aftermarket from stock) you can do what I did. I took 2 small pieces of 1 x 4 lumber... pinched them together in between the impellor and the gear, then used a hammer to lightly tap the shaft out of the gear. Wouldn't suggest hitting it hard just in case you miss and hit the gear. Mine took a few taps with the hammer before it was loose enough to come the rest of the way off by hand.

I'd try realtors or bandits. I've heard realtors running in the direction where if you're behind the banshee, the treads make an upside down 'U' works good, but don't have any experience with them. I've ridden a warrior in the snow with stock banshee tires, and then swapped to bandits... and the difference was night and day. I can't picture the bandits in my mind right now, but you'd have to run them a certian direction too in order to prevent the snow from packing in the treads. If you're looking for a good paddle for the snow... hands down... go for paddlmasters. I've run them in the snow on my shee before and could't have been happier. After a winter of snow riding, and 2 summers of sand riding (some travel on asphault and hard packed dirt), they've held up like a dream.

Don't remember seeing it. I couldn't even find my avatar that I made and was using... and it wouldn't allow me to upload another. I did however find this one that I used for a bit in the "base gallery".

You need to be more specific anyway. ALL stock banshees are created equal... only rider skills determine which is faster. Most older banshees are faster than the newer ones, but only because people usually dump alot of money into them throughout the years on different mods... where as most people who own the newer banshees haven't heavily modified them yet.

Sorry to hear that... I know how you feel though. My shee's going to be parked for awhile since i'm broke and can't afford to drive anywhere to ride for a bit.

I wish I could have gone out riding.... broke though, and no one to ride with for the time being.

Started rebuilding my mp3 collection, and kept a window up for the HQ and would frantically hit refresh every 5 mins with a glimmer of hope to see the main page again.

I like the new look, but how come the only posts that are in the general section are polls???

Lol, you're like every guys dream girl... a girl who loves quads, and wants to make them faster! My girlfriend loves mine, and is convinced she wants to own one as well, but if she ever does, I know one things for sure, due to seizures, I'm never leaving her side while she's riding. I'd be thrilled if she ever got one, but one step at a time, she's currently focused on obtaining her driver's license and getting a truck, so for now, I don't mind having her tits in my back while riding. :roll: :twisted:

Whelp.... went riding as planned, and it rained, and there wasn't pond that was suitable for the bet, so we called it off, I admitted I lost, and we went in the house and got a little freaky in the tub. :twisted: No pics on the shee though, but there's still some time before I'll ship off to basic training, so I'll see what I can do! Damn is she sexy lookin on the banshee though.... *sigh*
