  1. I heard if going to change your reeds out go with (G3 Power Curve Reed Valves). Said nothing even close to there performance on the market. They are the only reeds that are adjustable. Call William Holgren at 1 Dir Racing @ 858-679-3288. I read this on texasatvs.com forums under open atv discussion.
  2. Mod your stock timing plate for free. Go to tips and tricks to see how. I did mine what a difference.

  4. Where can I get high temp silicon hose from so I can make my own exhaust clamps? I checked at my local auto parts stores but they don't have anything like that.
  5. There is some exhaust clamps on ebay that I never seen before. They look like they might be pretty good but they do not have a rubber seal. Check them out and post here if you have seen or used these before. Will they fit toomey t5's? Starting bid is $15.00. Item #2455480177.   6. I did the timing plate mod yesterday. Advanced it 4 degrees. I could really feel a difference in power. Easy mod to do and all it cost me was $9.00 for a pully puller.
  7. If I have my flywheel lighten will it make my shee stall at lower RPM's?

  10. Ya'll think I will still be able to run pump gas 93 octane with 150psi compression @ 4 degrees advance?
  11. Is it best to use a dremal tool for this mod? Also I need to get a flywheel puller. Does the shee take a special one or can I pick one up at an auto parts store? One other question I am at about 150psi compression at sea level running 93 octane, can I advance 2-4 degrees and still use 93. Thanks guys for any answers to my questions. P.S. any drawbacks to doing this mod?

  13. I am going as tight as it will go the gap is completely closed.
  14. I have a durablue 2+2 axle with the posi lock nut. It still come loose with locktite on the treads and I have the allen head screw tight on it. Any tricks to keep it from backing off.
  15. I needing some exhaust clamps that won't come loose on me all the time. I have toomy t5's. I saw some in a magazine I think they are made by RIS. They have o-rings that seal them off.

  17. Anybody try out the power now on there shee. It goes inside of the carb boots. I seen them for sale thru rockymountain atv and some other web sites for $189.00. Sounds really expensive. Any thoughts?
  18. I have a 6 inch neon from autozone. Not for sure what brand I will have to look at the package. I mounted it to the frame cross bar right above the head towards the front of the gas tank with two zip tie straps. It fits perfect there and won't get wet.
  19. I have a yellow neon under my gas tank on my 03 limited. All I did was cut the cigerette plug off and strip back some of the plastic from the wires and conected them to my tail light wiring harness. When I turn on my headlights the neon comes on. Real easy to do and looks bad ass.
  20. When I am not running it one will drip fuel so I have to cut the fuel off. Both of my floats are set correctly.

  22. I am running a 150psi compression on each cylinder. If I advance mine 4 degrees will I have to run more than 93 octane.
  23. I keep getting fuel on my swingarm from my overflow tubes coming from my carbs when riding rough terrain. Is there anyway to stop this. What if I just plug up the hoses? Bad idea?
