lian, rejetting carburators does not mean adjusting some adjustment screw, except for air screws which work with the pilot jets. That is why FMF sent you the new jets, main jets!! Rejetting means swapping in and out jets. Just give us ALL your mods and elevation and temp and oil/fuel mixture and let us help you. And if you have already read the jetting faq then read it again, very carefully. We are here to help. But the least you can do is put in the ones FMF gave you, it's just that it's uncertain whether or not those ones are correct either.

ranshee, You got it!! I checked out the Quicksand swingarms and they look tight, and an awesome price. $550 for any swingarm -1 to +6, add 120 for chrome. Who knows what I'll do with a rear shock but I will get a new axle too. But it just goes on and on and on, you know! You know you could still get Elka fronts without rezzies and then add the rezzies later on. That might put them in the ballpark of some nice Works with rezzies price. I thought about doing that too.

I just did my taxes, Turbo Tax rocks, and i'm getting a huge return!! I can't spend it all on the shee but I will be able to get a new front sus setup. I have settled on Quicksand and Elka They won't be top of the line Elka's but they will be new & have piggybacks. Not sure if I will get the A arms in chrome but I think i should go with .120 walls even though I just like dunes, maybe sometimes I go on trails. After that I think I'll get a TORS removal kit and some small bling bling stuff (front bumper I think) and I'll be good for a little while. I did all my research for my decision right here. I got mine from the stealership. Yamaha stealer can get every increment you ask for and they are Yamaha manufactured to Mikuni specs, so you need not question the quality of the factory jets. I got my summer jets and my winter jets, 320's through 350's. Oh and the left carb has that choke tube in the bowl.
