cottoneyedjoe will sell you the kit with everything you need to do it, but you have to find a welder. do you have a friend or anyone that can do some cutting and welding for you? ive done 2 conversions with CEJ's kits and i can do the whole conversion from start to finish in about 45 mins. youll need a plasma cutter and welder.

yea im fucked on the trailer or any of it for that matter. i built the trailer myself so it was homemade and you can tell it is. all someone has to do is say they built it. cant collect insurance on it cuz when i valued it i valued it at like 100 bucks so i wouldnt have to pay a ton on it every year. im screwed on all of it but im hoping that my lawyer will persuade the insurance company to pay me something.

you need to get those pilots out and see what you have. they should come right out with a flat screwdriver. have you taken the carbs out, pulled off the bowls and looked up in there. those pilots should come right out with a flat screwdriver. if you arent in the 45 to 50 range in pilots id say you are too rich there. really need to see whats goin on in there.

i cut my rocket silencers 2.5" for the sole purpose of making them look better. they were too long. i didnt notice any noise level change but i think it made it a little bit snappier. how much are you wanting to cut off of yours? if you are talking 2 inches then no rejet is going to be needed and even if you cut them in half im very doubtful its gonna change much. if you have a silencer thats got one end just riveted on you can drill the rivets out, cut everything down, re assemble, drill new holes and put some small screws in. its a pretty simple process. just remember however much you cut off the outside is how much you have to cut off the inside tube...
