  1. i dont hate everything i just dislike some things. i dont like cpi's and i would never own a 125. its an opinion man, geez. and sorry but most of the shit i say does not have some sort of negative content. everyone has been gettin all bent out of shape lately when i have an opinion. and yes i bought my rockets cuz i liked the way they look, but as it turns out they pull more power on my engine anyway so i guess i made the right choice. so cuz i said i hate cpi that made you mad? if you say you dislike rockets, which alot of people have said lately, you wont see me throwing a big hissy fit and getting pissed.
  2. i would start with 45 pilot, 165 main and work from there. ill bet the 165 main will be too rich for your bike but start safe. you are gonna gain a lot on top and i bet you wont lose a whole lot on bottom with your carb switch. you are gonna like them carbs, my brother has them on his stroker.

  7. im sorry but if they are so damn great and this guy was such a great builder why would you let anyone else do anything to them?? also im wondering why you dont hear anything about big reed conversion on PS. if there is any way to get more hp im sure them guys would talk about it. i have never once heard anything about this there.
  8. not sure about the angle. what i do know is that they said it takes a ton of time to remove enough material so that the reed petals will open all the way. this also makes the intake walls very thin. so far it doesnt sound worth it to me. im thinkin theyd work better on like a 10mm or bigger.

  11. dont really know much about trinity's porting but im sure itll run pretty good. im guessin in the 60s for hp. the single carb will restrict you on top. itll be a whole new bike compared to stock.
  12. the intakes were modded to accept cr125 reeds in the cylinders i was talking about. rick cairo and jeff wendorff have been messin around with it lately. they are from atchison and holton kansas.

  17. im pretty unimpressed with those big reed conversion engines. the one i saw was on a 4mm stroker. it had cr125 v force reeds in it. only made 1 more hp from regular v force. i wouldnt get your hopes up too high.

  21. i hate 125's. ive ridden a few and thought they flat out sucked. even if i was a beginner id still buy a 250. just take it easy and work your way up to shit. you can get hurt on a 125 just as easily as a 250..
  22. i would go with a noss head with either 20 or 21 cc domes. david can tell you what fuel youll need to run with either. also why do you think you need an aftermarket radiator? once you get that coolhead on there id spend that 400 bucks on some porting. eric gorrs woods port will make your banshee a badass trail machine. also that porting works very well with stock carbs and t5s...
