once you get that set why would you need to adjust it? when we adjust ours we do it with the clutch cover off and the clutch cable and everything hooked up. why would you need to adjust it later?? im just curious
im gonna say 42 to 48 pilot and 158 to 165 main. me and my brothers 33 and 35mm pwk are jetted exactly the same. i think all the pwk carbs are prolly very similar.
i would run a noss head. well in fact i do run a noss head. and so does my brother. pm "dlnoss" on this site and he will get you hooked up. hes a great guy to deal with.
i use a mity vac for about 5 mins to start sucking brake fluid thru. then i go ahead and bleed them normally. never takes more than about 10 mins. its best to have someone help you but i have done it by myself before.
exactly. and by the way my brothers gorr woods port made 58 hp. and i know to alot of ppl numbers are everything but he was flat out stomping some 7mm and 8mm motors at our hillclimbs last year.
what you talkin about? if you are talking about whether or not to make the intakes rough i would check around to all the builders. i bet you wont find any that make them smooth as glass.
