having PCed pieces in the shop helps a ton when deciding colors.

for the price of that barnett you can buy the streetbike clutch that will last you forever. also, your clutch will only work as good as your clutch backet and clutch hubs. i replaced al that stuff for about 250 bucks and the difference is unreal. combined with the street bike clutch there is no slippage and you can really feel the power down to the wheels. my brother is runnin the same thing in his 85hp banshee and his didnt even slip on the dyno, and dynos are very hard on clutches.

it looks like just about every other swingarm available today. there is plenty of strength in the carrier area. my swingarms have less material in that area than that one does and i do some major jumping with mine of the terraces at our hillclimbs and never broken shit. tell your dad to check out HQ and PS and see what kind of swingers everyone runs. roundhouse is the way to go.

i would do heat temp powdercoating. it holds up very well. heat temp bomb can will chip off in a matter of days. never used ceramic coating..

is there a lot of people that ride in your area? are there any other powedercoaters? those are some things to consider. powdercoating is a moneymaker tho once you pay off your oven and tools. i say go for it if you think you will have enough business to make it worth while.

id still rather ride my yfz450 on the track and save the banshee for hillclimbs and drags. but good kill on that 450r...

thats fuckin outrageous. 150 here for regular colors and 175 for the translucent shit. i dont see why more than one coat is needed. all you are adding then is weight...

pilot sounds fine. did you do a WOT run with the 310 mains? if not i would do that first and see how your plugs look. once you get your main right on you can adjust with the needle if need be.

i would just get the adjustable stator plate.

you dont need an over ride for any type of motor or power. they are simply to make you go faster by allowing you to shift under full throttle. 4mm is about as much as you can go without needing a lockout. im sure there are bigger motors out there without lockouts but if you are gonna put that much in your engine might as well do it right.
