    id run 33mm pwk. but more than likely for what you are doing stock carbs will be fine. if ur gonna upgrade go with 33mm pwk. that way if you end up building a stroker motor youll have a good carb for it.

    i think u got the wrong parts. when u took urs apart did you see the 2 rubber rings that go around the stem? you shouldnt need the whole plastic steering stem block. take it apart and ull see what im talking about.

    +4 swingarm with stockshock. quicksand +1/+1 a arms with elka dual rates. jumps good up the hills at the hillclimbs. but i wouldnt take it to a mx track..big jumps are for 450's.

    porting, boring and pistons is about 400 from gorr. that porting is really good for the money. FAST also does a good job on porting.

    its been a while since i had my old cr500 engine open but im guessin there are clips for the tranny just like in the banshee motor. might check those out too..
