moose and terry cable ones are pretty close to the same if i remember right. they are both easier to push than stock i think, but its still gonna play on your wrist. twist might be the way to go..

whoever u go with you are gonna be waitin a long time. i know that dave moore is not even taking on anymore work until after the PS drag races in april. all the bigtime builders have their hands full and tryin to get an engine built in a few weeks is not gonna happen. if you start a project now and use a big well known builder be prepared for it to be at least 2 months if not even longer.

thats no big deal. the washer idea should work fine...doesnt really even have to fit the bolt perfectly. its just gonna act as a spacer. and i dont think id even weld it to the frame.

yfz450 shocks will bolt up with a little modding...youll have to grind a little off the shocks but theyll work...you can prolly find 450 shocks for about 200 bucks..
