id say that pilot is way too big. in every PWK carb ive run (33, 35 and 39) ive always run either a 42, 45 or 48 pilot, with 45 being the most common.. i think you need to drop that pilot down to at least a 48, maybe 45. as for the mains, you wont really know until you do a WOT plug test.. if you have oil in the pipes, especially a puddle youre rich..its prolly from idling and the pilot being too big.. what oil/fuel mix are you using?

well i dont know your old setup, but with damn near any aftermarket pipe you need a 27.5 pilot. id say thats part of your problem. what temperature is it down there? what intake? what do your plugs look like? have you done a WOT test yet?? what do you mean by "some brown in it"?

generally only after you put pipes on it its a good idea to go to a 27.5 pilot..in stock carbs they come from the factory with 25.

any longer shocks on stock arms will cause the bike to sit higher and cause balljoints to wear prematurely. you really need a +1 or +2 arm setup with the right shocks to get the full potential of the setup.

id go with the new AC pro pegs with the stainless steel foot peg. they are a nice setup..i have them on my 450 and i wouldnt want anything else.
