a knockdown doesnt automatically mean a 10-8 round.
what exactly did rampage do the entire fight to make you think forrest didnt win convincingly? forrest chopped rampage down with the kicks to which rampage had no answer. forrest worked rampage on the ground as well. rampage had nothing to offer off his back. forrest put him in a pretty tight triangle too.. forrest pushed the pace the entire fight and wasnt scared to walk in and get punched if need be.
other than the knockdown of forrest in the first, what else did rampage do?? a few punches here and there was all. no kicks, no takedowns and an overall counterstriker offense.
as i watched the fight i had no question as to who was winning the fight. during the fight rampages corner told him he was losing. and at the end, rampage said he got his ass whooped.. seems pretty clear cut to me.
primary drive baby!!! ive always run them. ive had them on 4mm stock cylinder, 4mm cub and now my 10mm cub and never had an issue.. they are cheap and readily available. i keep all sizes on hand for the rear in case i decide i wanna do some gearing changes.
i wrestled when i was younger.. prolly from like 6 to 10 i think.. i never got into high school sports. i worked a lot and rollerbladed (handrails, ramps, jumpin off shit).. i wasnt into team sports.
taking body fortress 100% creatine powder and body fortress NO pill before. i crush the pills and mix them with the creatine and a flavored drink packet. you can get that shit at wal mart. after i lift i drink a protein shake with syntha-6 and a scoop of creatine powder. thats all im taking. seems to be working better than the expensive supplements. im about 5'9..
here i am as of yesterday. 175 pounds.. no juice. just pre and post workout supplements and a ton of protein.. i do NO cardio. guess i was just lucky and was born with low body fat and the ability to get ripped up.
yea if youre 15 im not sure i would start taking a lot of supplements. you might wanna read around and see if theres anything out there for you..
as for protein i like BSN syntha-6. tastes better to me than the rest, its also more expensive..
thats absolutely not true. some people are hard gainers and need the nitric oxide and creatine to be able to lift that little extra weight. protein is great, and absolutely necessary for muscle growth, but other supplements have been proven to make a huge difference a lot faster.
damn.. i cant put on weight like that. at my heaviest ever i was 185 this past winter. im about 175 now and lean as hell, maybe 2 or 3% BF.. just comes naturally for me.. i swear ima snap some pics.
