that looks like a pretty sweet hill. wish i was closer. you guys out east have a lot more organized hillclimbs than we do here in the midwest.. i have 1 in kansas and 3 in minnesota.. there are hillclimbs all over east coast..

i was so anxious to get my motor back together one time that i started drinkin jack and coke to calm down.. well that was a bad idea because i ended up putting the cylinders on backwards.. it was sweet having 6 gears of reverse..

going with a 4mm cub motor will save you a ton of money and time over a 7mm or 10mm.. the 4mm is bolt in and go..

t6 are not made to be run with porting. they were designed to work best with stock porting.. i would find some t5s or rockets. i personally am not a fan of cpi.. yes, 33mm pwk would be fine for your setup. you will gain a lot in top and probably a fair amount on the bottom. -
the spacer plate is a cheap ass ghetto way to build a 4mm motor. do it right and run cut domes and have the porting reworked. remember cheaper is NOT always better. take some time. do some research. and most importantly, PLAN AHEAD!!! it will save you money in the long run.

that bottom plug looks perfect. how long have you been riding this bike like this? that top plug side has def been running leaner and could be caused by a few things.. 1. air leak. if the motor is a 95 and never been rebuilt, its time.. 2. no fuel. have you ever pulled the carbs to clean them? have you changed the plugs and then tried again?

you do know that outerwares can plug up right? if they get dusty they will restrict air flow.. i personally dont run outerwares unless im at he dunes.. just lettin you know..
